I’ve been a customer of Lloyds TSB for over 6 years, but today takes the cake. They have hooked up with a third party email marketing company to spam me about changes to a service I have never used nor signed up for. Additionally, I have always selected to opt-out of emails from Lloyds except where it pertains to my direct account.

This is especially troubling as it is clear they passed my details onto a third party email marketing company.

Shame on you Lloyds.
